Moore, spouse recognized for contributions to USARAF community, mission

Moore, the U.S. Army Africa deputy commanding general and Army Reserve Engagement Cell director, and his wife Pamela are recognized for their contributions to the USARAF community and mission in a ceremony at Caserma Ederle in Vicenza, Italy, July 12, 2017.
