U.S. Army Sgt. The RIB is a Djiboutian army elite military force crisis response unit. The mission of the 1-141 IN is to rapidly deploy in response to any crisis threatening U.S. personnel or property throughout CJTF-HOA, and to contribute to international efforts to enhance security and stability in East Africa by providing security force assistance and fostering the capabilities of partner nations.
