Video: Maj. Gen. Roger Cloutier delivers virtual graduation address for San Diego State University cadets

Roger Cloutier, the U.S. Army Africa commanding general, addresses the soon-to-be commissioned Army officers of San Diego State University while crushing the Army Combat Fitness Test. Cloutier commissioned from SDSU's Army ROTC program in 1988 and graduated from the University of San Diego. Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, Cloutier cannot attend the ceremony, which will be conducted virtually. This does not diminish the accomplishments of those taking on the responsibility of being an officer in the U.S. Army. Let's go, Aztecs!
