Members of the Armed Forces of Djibouti, Bataillon d’intervention rapide (BIR), practice life saving tactical combat casualty care techniques (TCCC) during a joint training with the Security Force Assistance Brigade (SFAB) near Ali Oune, Djibouti, Nov 10, 2021. The training included TCCC techniques, live-fire drills, reconnaissance and radio training aimed to improve proficiency. This collaboration marks the first interaction with MDF chaplains since 2019, highlighting a renewed commitment to partnership and religious support.
