Maj. Gen. Andrew M. Rohling, commanding general for U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa, presents Certificates of Appreciation for Patriotic Civilian Service to Giancarlo Lotto and Andrea Palumbo May 18, 2022. Lotto and Palumbo are volunteer members of Croce Verde Vicenza. Croce Verde is an organization that carries out ambulance transport, care for the elderly and disabled as well as other services.
