U.S. Army Africa Master Sgt. Lorenzo Thompson, the G4 operations NCOIC, leads a vigorous tabata workout with USARAF Soldiers at the Caserma Ederle gym, in Vicenza, Italy, Oct. 4, 2018. Thompson holds a tabata workout every week to allow Soldiers, family members and civilians to push themselves in a 12-station interval training to build their physical and mental health while building camaraderie.
